Indoor air quality has become a very important subject. As a home inspector we do not inspect the quality of the air in the home, that has to be done with special equipment. However, what you need to know is that if your home is so tight that the air is stale and not refreshed, you could have an indoor air quality problem. Air filtering devices come in many forms, many thicknesses, many materials, there are also electronic devices that can help to purify the air.
